摘要
分析了切削加工过程中的切削热分布,建立了切屑动态传热模型,并结合刀具传热模型,得出了直角干切削过程中摩擦热在切屑和刀具间的能量分配比Rf和切屑。
The models for dynamic heat transfer of chips and tools are developed based on analysing heat source distributions in orthogonal dry cutting process,and a procedure is proposed to compute the temperature distributions of chips and tools,and the heat partition coefficients between the tools and the chips.
