摘要
本文以一位非英语专业本科生为研究对象，通过使用学习日记的研究方法，来发现本科生在英语学习中使用学习策略的特点，并且在这个过程中，探讨学习策略培训的方式和途径。
This paper, based on the observation of a college student, and by use of study log, tries to find out features of strategy use in language learning. Meanwhile, this paper also tries to probe into the ways of strategy training and strategy development.
