摘要 结合排水工程的特点,提出一种新的罚函数离散优化方法,建立排水管系优化设计模型.并提出整体控制与局部控制相结合的水力计算方法,对各设计方案进行选择,成功地解决了现有优化方法中如动态规则法、拟差动态规划法。 In this paper, with sewage engineering properties, a new discrete optimization method of penalty function has been proposed to develop a working model for sewer system optimal design.A kind of hydraulic calculation approach in which entire control and local control are used together to make the choice of available design plans has been put forward. Some problems have been successfully solved,which can not be solved by present optimization methods such as Dynamic Programming,Discrete Differential Dynamic Programming,Optimization in Two Aspects , etc.
