摘要
食品综合厂房申车间空调设计温度与普通的民用建筑中央空调设计温度有较大差异。本文概述了杭州宏昌菇业有限公司年产8000吨速冻食品工程中央空调系统的设计并分析了其经济效益，验证了冰蓄冷技术应用于食品综合厂房是可行的。
The design temperature of Workshop＇s air-conditioning is obviously different from the temperature of ordinary civil architecture＇s central air-conditioning. This text has summarized the design of the central air-conditioning of Hongchang fungus Ltd. , which could produce 8000 ton deepfreeze food. We has analyzed its economic efficiency. We also has verified technology of ice-storage for cold applied to that comprehensive food workshop building is feasible.
