在简述了洪雅县农业生产的气候资源与土地资源条件的基础上，对该县主要农作物的光合、光温与气候生产潜力进行了估算．提出了作物生产潜力指数的计算公式，并在计算农作物土地自然生产潜力与生产潜力指数的基础上，针对洪雅农业生产存在的问题。

Hongya is a mountain County at the southwest edge of Sichuan Basine.Based on the analysis of the Countys climatic conditions and land conditions,the main crops potential productivities of photosynthesis,photosynthesis temperature,and climate are estimated.The calculation formula of index of potential productivity is given.And the main crops cand natural potential productivities and indexes of potential productivity are calculated. Comparing the countys standard of present productive force with the levels of the theoretical upper limit analysed above.It is known that there are tremendous potential productivity and difficulty in exploitation and harnessing as well.On the basis of potentiality analysis,the existing problems and the contermeasures to be taken are pointed out.
