介绍了6S管理的起源、内涵;在实验室日常管理工作中引入6S管理理念,提高了实验室日常管理水平,为高质量、符合教学评估标准要求的实验室建设奠定了基础;同时,亦可充分发挥实验室在素质教育过程中不可替代的作用。
This artide presents a brief introduction to the origination, content of 6S management. The concept of 6S management in the lab leads to the improvement of daily lab management, which lays a solid foundation for construction of high quality laboratories that are up to the evaluation criteria. And it will help laboratories to play an irreplaceable role in quality - oriented education.
