摘要
研究了以氦氖激光作为探测光束及氮分子激光作为加热光束的热透镜效应中溶剂、水溶液的PH值和激光功率对热透镜信号的影响.分别用紫外分光光度法和热透镜法测定对-硝基苯酚乙醇溶液中的对-硝基苯酚的含量,并对这两种方法进行比较.用热透镜法测得的对-硝基苯酚检测限为5.0×10-6mol·L-1.
The effects of the characteristics of solvent,the PH value of aqueous solution and the laser power in thermal lens effect to the thermal lens signals are investigated by using a pulsed N2 laser as a excitation source and a CW He-Ne laser as a probe laser. Using p-nitro-phenol in alcohol as samples, we compared the thermal lens spectrometry with the result from UV-photometry. The detection limit for thermal lens method is 5. 0× 10-6 mol· L-1.
