摘要
以硝酸锌为原料,用过氧化氢氧化氧化锌得到过氧化锌,然后用热爆分解得到纳米氧化锌.用X射线粉末衍射及透射电子显微镜方法对它作了表征.纳米氧化锌的大小为(8~20)nm×(50~100)nm,形状为针棒状.
Using zinc nitrate as raw material, zinc peroxide was prepared by oxidation of zinc oxide by hydrogen peroxide. The nanosized zinc oxide was Obtained after thermal explosion of zinc peroxide. Nanosized zinc oxide was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and transmission electron microscope. The form of the grains is coneshaped and size of the grains is about (8~20) nm × (50~100) nm.
