Biochip Technique and Its Applications in Food Detection

摘要 生物芯片技术是1种全新的微量分析技术。本文综述了生物芯片技术的基本原理及其制备的一般流程,介绍了生物芯片技术在食品检测中的应用情况,同时分析了该技术需要解决的技术障碍,旨在为生物芯片技术在食品检测中的应用提供参考。 Biochip technique is a new microanalysis method. Basic fundamentals of biochip technique and sample preparation process were summar/zed. Biochip technique application in food detection was outlined. Technology obstacles were analyzed when biochip technique was used. The aim of this article is to provide reference for food detection.
