摘要
通过优化课堂设计,激发学生动机、调动学生兴趣及锻炼学生意志等非智力因素的培养,并在建立师生感情的同时,培养学生的良好学习习惯,提高数学教学的有效性。
Through optimizing the classroom design, teachers aim to stimulate the students' initiative and interest, cultivate their willpower, and develop their non-intelligence factor. While promoting mutual understanding between teachers and students, teachers can also help students to form better study habits and improve mathematics teaching result.
