摘要
现有对企业家人力资本的研究,主要从静态视角探讨其定价模式,但现实中的企业家所进行的各种经济活动都是在不断变动的,因此有必要对企业家人力资本定价模式做进一步的探讨。借助于交易角度下企业家市场中数量均衡与能力均衡构成均衡价格的基本思路,讨论企业家人力资本的定价过程,可以看出企业家人力资本定价不是静态的过程,而是一个在初期定价上不断修正及调整的过程,由此可得出一个以企业家活动为基础,企业家人力资本定价过程及定价方式决定的一般定价模式,这就是企业家人力资本定价模式的三个层面及基本内容。
The existing researches on the price determination pattern for entrepreneur human capital are based mainly from a static viewpoint but it is in fact a dynamic process with constant modification or adjustment, especially at the initial stage. This article holds the view that the equilibrium price is caused by the entrepreneur's amount equilibrium and capability equilibrium in transaction. In addition, this paper discusses the process of price determination concerning the entrepreneur human capital, and brings forward a general price determination pattern on the base of the entrepreneurial activity and process of price determination.
