Empirical Analysis on the Scale Efficiency in China's Public Investment

我国公共投资规模连年扩大,改善了生活环境和生产条件,但是否存在投资过度的风险?本文运用生产函数模型分析了公共投资规模效率存在的条件,使用协整的方法分析了大口径和小口径公共投资规模的最优规模,得出我国公共投资规模不足的结论。

In China, the size of public investment has been expanding year by year. Public investment has improved both the production conditions and living surrounding. However, what about the high risk in excessive investment？ This paper analyze the conditions of size of public investment with the production function, and the optimal size of ＂big＂ and ＂small＂ public investment by the co - integration test. In the end it draws the conclusion that China＇ s public investment is not enough.
