摘要
文章采用共沉淀法制备了立方结构的铟锡氧化物(ITO)前驱体氢氧化铟(In(OH)3)。利用X-ray衍射、热重和差热分析以及等温热处理,对立方结构In(OH)3随温度变化向萤石型结构铟锡氧化物(ITO)固溶体转变的规律进行了探讨。立方结构In(OH)3向萤石型结构ITO固溶体的转变起始于150℃,在300℃左右转变完全并且表现为一种吸热行为。
Indium - Tin oxide(ITO) precursors, cubic Indium Hydroxide(In(OH)3), was prepared by a co - precipitation method. With the help of X - ray diffration(XRD), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and differential thermal anaysis(DTA),phase evolutions from cudic In(OH)3 to cubic ITO solid solution by heattreatment had been comprehensively investigated. The transformation from cubic In(OH)3 to cubic ITO solid solution started at as low as 150 ℃ and ended at about 300 ℃, and it exhibited an endothermic behavior.
