机械旋耕灭茬技术的发展

Development on Technology of Stubble-cleaning by Mechanized Rotary Cultivation

简要阐述了作物根茬处理特别是玉米根茬处理的意义,介绍了根茬粉碎技术的发展概况,对旋耕灭茬复合作业机具的作业特点和效果进行了分析,指出了我国普遍采用的旋耕灭茬机具碎茬技术中存在的问题。另外,还对机械旋耕灭茬技术的发展前景进行分析,包括旋耕灭茬机具刀具的发展以及旋耕灭茬机具结构的发展。

The significance of breaking stubble, especially for maize, was discussed in this paper, and the development of the technology of chopping stubble was introduced. On the basis of analyzing the working characteristic and the effect of the rotary cultivation stubble-cleaning implements widely used in China, the problems in the technology of chopping stubble were pointed out. In addition, the development prospect on mechanized rotary cultivation stubble-cleaning technology is also analyzed, including the development of the cutting tools and the development of the instruction.
