摘要
文章提出参照“诊所式”法律教育模式,将教师讲授为主转变为以学生参与为主,变笔试为主为课堂讨论、口试为主,增加法学实景模拟教学等实践课程的比重,增加平时及期末考试中实际运用法律知识能力的测试比重,形成具有法学专业特色,与培养实用型法律人才相适应的教学、考试模式。
Referring to ' clinics' of the legal education pattern, the new model should transform teaching from the teachers-centered approach to the students participation, change the written examination to the classroom discission and the oral examination, increases the proportion of the pragmatic curriculum such as the legal science and real-life scene teaching, and increase the proportion of the actual law knowledge in utilization in examinations. The goal is to form the unique characteristic of the legal profession and the teaching pattern suited to the development of law talents with pragmatic orientation.
