摘要
为实现挖掘机操作的智能远程控制,应用电液比例控制技术实现了挖掘机的遥控操作。在原机基础上,提出了电控操纵液压系统的设计方案,对原机操纵液压系统进行了改造,并阐述了各种液压阀体的选取原则及过程。经实验测试,改造后的挖掘机性能稳定,为智能挖掘机研究提供了一个可靠的电控液压系统平台。
Based on a WY1.5 hydraulic excavator,in order to realize intelligent control, a design precept of electro-hydraulic proportional control system is put forward. The select principle for electmagnetism exchange direction valve is particularly introduced, and remote control excavation with the electro-hydraulic proportional technology is realized.
