文章以法律语言学的研究为基础,论述立法语言的特点及翻译技巧,并提出立法语言的翻译应该是一个囿于法律、语言、文化等因素构成的框架内的积极而有限制的创新过程。

This paper, based on forensic linguistics, analyzes the features and translation techniques of legislative language. It puts forward that legislative translation is a creative process confined to the factors such as law, language and culture.
