摘要
12V180ZJC组合式活塞活塞头冷却油腔的加工质量是完成国产化活塞的关键,也是国产化工作的难点。通过技术调研和工艺分析,拟定出活塞头冷却油腔的加工工艺方案,并进行了论证,编制出加工工艺文件,成功地解决了180ZJC活塞头内冷却油腔加工这个技术难题。
The processing quality of 2V180ZJC composite piston crown oil-cooling channel is the key and difficult point for domestic manufactured pistons. Through technique investigation and technology analysis, the processing technology plan is drafted and argued, technology document is compiled, technique difficulty is successfully solved.
