摘要 应用扫描电镜和蛋白银染色对冠突伪尾柱虫有性周期中第一和第二次皮膜改组时新纤毛器原基的发生、定向和定位进行了观察。 During sexual reproduction in Pseudourostyla cristata , the formation of ciliature primordia is observed by SEM and protargol technique. The result suggests that the preexisting cortical structures may play important role in organizing and arranging of the new ciliature pattern in the 1st, 3rd and 4th rounds of morphogenesis. However, the 2nd reorganization begins de novo at the situation both of about 30% of paracysts which have lost all ciliatures with their basal bodies and about 70% of ones which still remain more or less old cirri and/or dorsal bristles, which shows that the preexisting visible ciliatures are not indispensable to the 2nd morphogenesis.
