摘要
广深高速公路东莞北大桥现浇桥面板开裂、渗水、塌陷等现象严重,多处发生桥面板穿孔,病害发展趋势迅速,已危及结构使用安全。通过对该桥病害现状的调查分析、原设计理论分析和基于检测结果的理论分析,找到了发生病害的原因,明确了加固设计的思路和控制因素。依据加固设计思路和控制因素,对4个加固方案进行分析研究,选定了7 cm整体化层+4 cm沥青铺装层不增加横隔板的加固方案。
Diseases of the cast-in-place decking, such as cracks, water leaking, caves and perforation, get more and more serious of North Bridge of Dongguan, which has endangered the structure using security. The cause of the diseases has been found out through the present situation diagnosis, as well as with the theoretical analysis of the original design and the examination result, and the thinking of reinforcement design and the control factors, the four reinforcement plans have been studied, and the plan of a 7 cm integration layer with 4 cm asphalt pavement has been selected to solve the problem of the North Bridge of Dongguan without increasing diaphragm.
