摘要
对旋转机械进行动平衡测试时,采用目前比较普遍的影响系数法等算法得到不平衡量的大小和相位后,为了使被平衡部件恢复到预定精度的平衡状态,必须对其进行校正。文中介绍了几种应用性很强的动平衡校正方法,包括去重法、配重分量法、附加动平衡盘法。并采用VB程序设计语言,开发出一套基于这几种算法的动平衡校正系统。
When testing rotating machine for its dynamic balance, after the magnitude and direction of the imbalance are achieved by the influence coefficient arithmetic, we must emend the rotator that is tested in order to resume it in the due-precision balance state .this paper proposes several kinds of arithmetic of dynamic balance emendation which posses prevalent practicality, including weight-removing method, weight-adding method and attached-balaneer method. Then designs a system of dynamic balance emendation based on the arithmetic above adopting VB programming language.
