Studies on the Development of Jujube Industrialization in Shanxi Province

随着改革开放政策的实施和农村经济的发展,红枣产业成为山西特色的支柱产业之一。针对山西省红枣产业化发展的现状,认真分析了目前山西红枣产业化发展的优势与条件,指出了发展过程中存在的主要问题,并结合山西实际,提出了促进山西省红枣产业化发展的建议,具体内容包括:调整品种结构、强化管理、做大做强龙头企业、规范组织建设、发展红枣加工,延伸产业链、树立品牌意识。

With reforming and open policy and the development of rural economy, Jujube becomes one of backbone cornerstone industry of Shanxi characteristic. The article elaborates the present situation and analyses the advantage and condition of Jujube Industrialization of Shanxi Province. tt also points out the existing problems, and makes suggestions as follows： adjusting the variety structure, strengthening the management, developing in leading enterprise, Standardiging organizational construction, developing the Jujube processing, extending industrial chain.
