摘要
具有高硅铝比的β分子筛稀土阳离子交换容量比较低,因此采用常规的方法如离子交换法或浸渍法都不太适合获得高稀土改性的β分子筛。本文利用结构稳定性低而离子交换能力高的13X沸石通过固相媒介-原位法合成了高稀土β分子筛。这种原位合成的高稀土β分子筛不仅由于其高稀土含量,也由于其改进的孔结构和酸度而拓展了其催化应用范围,例如它在催化裂化过程就表现了更好的催化性能。
rare earth β zeolite with high Si/Al has low rear-earth exchanging β zeolite is difficult to be prepared by post-treating capacity so that high rare-earth load ways such as impregnating or ionexchanging. This paper took advantage of low structure stability of 13X zeolite and prepared a high rareearth load rare eairth β zeolite by in-situ method, which was featured by the medium of rare earth exchanged 13X zeolite. The high rare-earth load, good pore texture and high acidity extent its application in catalysis, and exhibited the enhancement of catalysis performance on fluid catalytic cracking process.
