摘要
以C和Sb2O3组合作为发泡剂,通过粉末烧结发泡工艺制备了硼硅酸盐泡沫玻璃,采用SEM观察了试样的微观结构形貌,并研究了试样的耐酸腐蚀性能。结果表明:当发泡剂C的质量分数为0.9%、Sb2O3的质量分数为8.1%时,在1200℃、保温30min条件下,可以制备出平均孔径为0.2~1.0mm、气孔分布较均匀的硼硅酸盐泡沫玻璃。试样中气孔结构主要与气泡内的气体压力、玻璃的表面张力和粘度有关。将试样浸泡在0.1mol/L的稀硫酸中做耐酸腐蚀性实验,60d内试样的质量先有微量增加后保持不变,这主要是由于稀硫酸进入试样的气孔结构中后形成了一层保护膜,从而阻碍了进一步的侵蚀。
The borosilicate foam glasses were prepared by sintering powder with C and Sb2O3 as foaming agents.The microstructure was observed by means of SEM and acidproof corrosion of specimens were investigated.The results demonstrate that borosilicate foam glass with homogeneous pore structure can be obtained at 1200℃ for 30min.Average pore diameter is 0.2-1.0mm when foaming agent is C 0.9 wt % and Sb2O3 8.1 wt %.The gas pressure,surface tension and viscosity have contribution to pore structure.The specimen mass has changed little after they were marinated in O. 1 mol/L sulfuric acid for 60 days.When sulfuric acid entered into some open pores in specimens , a protective film was formed and further erosion was prevented.
