摘要
实验以SiO2和H3BO3为主要原料制备了硼硅酸盐泡沫玻璃。通过改变烧成温度和保温时间,探讨了温度制度对泡沫玻璃的结构的影响。利用SEM分析了泡沫玻璃的气泡结构,并对试样进行了抗酸性测试。随着温度的提高和保温时间的延长,气泡的尺寸逐渐增大,直至连通、破裂。在1250℃保温60min制得的泡沫玻璃的气泡结构最佳。在0.1mol/L的稀硫酸中浸泡2个月,质量变化率为0.46%~2.28%。
The SiO2 and H3BO3 powders were adopted as main raw materials for the preparation of borosilicate foam glass in this experiment.The effect of the parameters such as foaming temperature and foaming time on structure of foam glass was investigated.The bubble structure of the samples was examined through SEM,and acid resistance of the samples was measured.With the increase of sintering temperature and prolonging of foaming time,the size of foam increased until the bubble connected and broke.The best bubble structure was o.btained when the sample was sintered at 1250℃ for 60min. The mass rate of samples changed from 0.46% to 2.28% after soaked in 0. lmol/L H2SO4 for 2 months.
