形成正态散斑条件的计算机模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 对形成正态散斑的两个条件进行了计算机模拟.结果表明,当表面高度起伏的标准偏差σh>1.2λ、有效漫射面元数目N>8时,就能产生正态散斑. A computer simulation is conducted to obtain the quantitative premises of producing normal speckle.The results show when the standard deviation δ h surface height fluctuation is larger than 1.2 times illumination wavelength and the number of micro topology cells containted in a point spread is more than 8,a normal speckle can be formed,and it is independent from the statistical property of the object surface.
