摘要
文章着重对两汉时期官吏的选拔、任用、考核、监察等方面进行论述,以期了解古人在官吏制度方面的优点、缺陷,促进社会主义干部制度建设。
The article mainly introduces the official system including selection, employment, examination, supervision etc, during the Han Dynasty. It helps us know about the ancestors＇ innovation and perfection on official system, meanwhile, the advantages and shortcomings on official system. Some of the experience and lessons have some reference to construction of cadre system in China.
