摘要
文章从组织层面出发,认为沉默是担心的反应,是一种文化现象,进而探讨了组织沉默的文化根源及其重大意义。
Organizational silence is a cultural phenomenon, which reflects the employees'concerns. This paper aims at analyzing the cultural origins of organizational silence in the Chinese cultural background, such as collectivism, individualism, interpersonal relationship ,face - saving, Confucianism and power distance.
