动态心电图ST—T改变的临床应用价值

The clinial value of the changes on ST-T on Holter

目的 探讨动态心电图ST-T改变对心肌缺血的临床应用价值。方法 我院收治的拟诊为冠心病的患者79例．心电图正常者38例为对照组。采用美国12导动态心电图仪对所有对象进行24h动态心电图检测。结果 有动态ST—T改变的观察组患者心肌缺血的阳性率为32．91％，明显高于对照组的5．26％。在影响心率的因素被排除的情况下．全部病例ST—T的改变出现在心率较快或日间活动时，安静状态或睡眠中（多在3-6点钟）ST—T几乎完全正常。结论 动态心电图ST-T改变对辅助诊断心肌缺血有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Holter changes on ST-T in myocardial ischemia, it can help to make diagnosis. Methods 79 patients who were suspected coronary artery heart disease in our hospital. Other 38 patients with normal ECG as a control group, 24-hour Holter examinaT in myocardial ischemia group more than control （32.91% vs 5.26%）.Completely exclude the influence factors to heart rate, all ST-T changes happened in daytime activites or with faster heart beats.The ST-T was almost normal on rest time or in sleep （between 3 am to 6 am）. Conclusion Hoher changes on ST-T pay an useful role in diagnosing myocardial ischemia.
