Discussion on Promoting Intensive Operation of Railway Freight Transportation

分析郑州铁路局存在的货运营业站布局不合理、专用线尚不具备整列取送条件等问题,提出通过整合中间站,整合零担、集装箱和危险货物运输业务,建设战略装车点等措施,以加快铁路货运集约化经营步伐,提高货运工作效率和效益。

It analyzes the problems existing in Zhengzhou Railway Administration, which include unreason- able distribution of freight operation stations and the special line without whole train placing-in and taking- out condition. It also puts forward that we should accelerate the intensification operation step of railway freight transportation and increase freight efficiency and benefit through some measures including integrating the intermediate stations and the transportation services such as less-than-carload, container and dangerous goods transport services, and constructing strategic loading points.
