红麻品种产量与纤维品质性状的配合力分析 被引量:14

摘要 以7个亲本作1/2 7(7+1)双列杂交,估算了21个杂种及其7个亲本11个产量与纤维品质性状的配合力与均方值。结果表明:绝大多数性状的 gca 和 sca 方差都非常显著,说明红麻产量与纤维品质性状的表现受加性和非加性基因效应共同作用;单株干皮产量 gca 正效应以非洲裂叶、耒阳红麻、7380表现最高;主要产量性状的 sea 正效应则以7804×耒阳红麻、7380×耒阳红麻、非洲裂叶×粤红1号表现最突出。要使杂交组合获得较大的产量 sca,参与杂交的双亲或亲本之一应具有较大的σ~2sca,而 gca 和σ~2sca 高的亲本是最理想的亲本。 The combining ability for the characters of yield and fibre quality and their mean squares in 21 hybrids of kenaf(Hibiscus cannabinus L.)and their parents were studied in a 1/2 7(7+1)diallel cross.The results show that gca and sea mean squares for most of the characters are highly significance,which reveals that there are common gene aditive and non-additive effects on the characters of yield and fibre quality in kenaf.The gca poitive ef- fects of dry bark weight per plant in Feizhou Lieye,Laiyang Kenaf and 7380 are the largest in 7 parents tested and conspicuous sca positive effecs of main yield characters in 7804× Laiyang Kenaf,7380 ×Laiyang Kenaf and Feizhou Lieye×Yuehong No.1 were found.To obtain the combinations with higher yield sca,σ~2 sca of one or both of parents must be larger.What is more,it is helpful to select the parents with higher gca and σ~2sca.
