摘要
目的研究乌司他丁对体外循环下冠脉搭桥术患者术后期心肌酶谱的影响。方法20例择期体外循环下冠脉搭桥术病人随机分为2组:乌司他丁(U组)及对照组(C组),U组术中应用乌司他丁90万IU,C组对应注射等量生理盐水。观察麻醉前、手术当晚、术后第1、第2、第3、第4及第5天的心肌酶谱(GOT、CK、CK-M B、LDH)变化情况。结果C组CK-M B于术后第1天增高;但U组CK-M B与术前相比差异无统计学意义。U组CK-M B、CK、LDH值在术后第1、2天与对照组相比减低。结论在体外循环冠脉搭桥术中使用乌司他丁对围术期心功能具有保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of ulinastatin on perioperative zymogram of cardiac muscle in conventional coronary artery bypass. Methods Twenty patients Who scheduled to undergo conventional coronary artery bypass were divided into control group (Group C) and ulinastatin group (Group U) randomly. Group U were given ulinastatin 900 000 IU while Group C were given the same dose of sodium chloride during operation. The zymogram of cardiac muscle (GOT, CK,CK-MB,LDH) were observed before operation, the first night after operation, the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth days after operation. Results The concentration of CK-MB was elevated in Group C in the first day after operation (P〈0. 05) but Group U had no statistic difference (P〉0.05). CK-MB,CK,and LDH were lower in Group U than Group C in the first and second days after operation (P〈0.01). Conclusion Ulinastatin can protect perioperative heart function in coronary bypass under extracorporeal circulation.
