摘要
目的探讨急性一氧化碳中毒(ACOP)后迟发脑病(DEACMP)的治疗方法。方法将72例DEACMP患者随机分为两组,联合治疗组给予红花、烟酸、脑活素及高压氧综合治疗,一般治疗组给予高压氧及内科对症治疗。结果联合治疗组40例,痊愈20例,显效14例,进步5例,总有效率97.5%,无效1例,死亡0例,占2.5%。一般治疗组32例,痊愈6例,显效7例,进步4例,总有效率53.1%,无效13例,死亡2例,占46.9%。结论应用红花、烟酸、脑活素及高压氧治疗DEACMP,多数患者可以获得满意疗效,与一般治疗组相比差异有显著意义。
Objective To observe the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)combined with Cerebrolysin, nicotinic acid and safflower for treating patients with delayed eneephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods Seventy-two patients with delayed eneephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning were randomly assigned into control group (n= 20) ,treated with HBO, and treatment group (n= 40) ,treated with HBO, Cerebrolysin, nicotinic acid and safflower. Results In treatment group,20 eases fully recovered, 14 substantially ameliorated, 5 eases relived. The total effective rate was 97.5%. In control group, 6 eases fully recovered, 7 substantially ameliorated, 4 eases relieved. The total effective rate was 53. 1%. Two eases died in control group but there was no death in treatment group. Conclusion Combined therapy of HBO and Cerebrolysin, nicotinic acid, safflower is much more effective than HBO alone for the delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning.
