儿童外伤性白内障人工晶体植入手术时机的探讨

Selection of surgical time of intraocular lens implantation for traumatic cataract in children

目的探讨儿童外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入手术的最好时机。方法对28例儿童外伤性白内障施行人工晶状体植入,手术在伤后2小时-6个月实施,手术方式均随机选择。结果术后均无严重并发症,术后视力最差〈0.05,最好1.0。结论人工晶状体植入是治疗儿童外伤性白内最安全有效的方法,伤口应尽早手术,重建双眼主体视觉,减少弱视的发生。

Objective To determine the optimal time for surgery of traumatic cataract in children. Methods Posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed at 2 hours-6 months after injury in 28 eyes of children with traumatic cataract. Different ways of surgery were chosen by random. Results No any serious postoperative complication was found in all cases and postoperative vision ranged from 0.05 to 1.0. Conclusion Intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective for traumatic cataract in children. Early operation is beneficial to regain stereoscopic visual sense within short time and diminish the possibility of amblyopia.
