血糖仪是测定血液中葡萄糖含量的仪器,操作方便。其原理是葡萄糖与含有葡萄糖酶及铁氰化物的试纸接触后,可以产生一个很小的电流,电流通过血糖仪测得。该文介绍了使用血糖仪测定酱油中的葡萄糖含量的方法,可以提高检测速度,适合于样品间的比较测定。
A blood-glucose meter is used to detect glucose level in blood. When the glucose in blood sample is contacted with the test paper containing glucose oxidase and ferricyanide, low electricity will be produced and detected by the blood-glucose meter. A method was introduced in this article to determine the glucose level in soy sauce with blood-glucose meter. It was rapid and fit comparative detection among samples.
