金融生态中特殊群体融资问题研究

Study on the Financing Problem of Special Groups from the Viewpoint of Financial Ecology

在中国金融生态圈中客观存在着一部分特殊群体,他们的融资需求长期以来得不到满足;在重建金融生态系统的过程中,应考虑这部分人群的利益,建立包容性的、多层次金融生态体系。这不仅对于改善金融生态本身有利,而且对于减轻贫困,构建和谐社会都具有极其重要的意义。文章对金融生态中的特殊群体进行了界定,从理论和实践两方面论证了中国金融生态中特殊群体边缘化趋势,评述了现阶段政府的金融扶助政策,并从重建金融生态的角度,提出了解决特殊群体融资困难的政策建议。

For a long period of time, there are some special groups whose financing demand has not been satisfied In China. In the process of reconstructing financial ecosystem, an inclusive and multi - level financial system should be established with the consideration of their interest. This will not be only beneficial for improving financial system, but also significant for enhancing the special groups＇ ability of self salvation from poverty and building a harmonious society. This paper defines the special groups, analyses the marginalized trend of these groups in China＇s financial development, comments on the present aiding policies of government and draws some policy implications.
