摘要
探讨近视眼LASIK术后眼波阵面像差高阶像差各项的变化。方法:采用NIDEK OPD-Scan ARK-1000型波前像差扫描系统对LASIK治疗近视的62只眼在术前术后眼的波前像差进行了评估。在术前、术后10天、术后一个月分别测量眼的波阵面像差。比较6mm瞳孔下高阶像差各项的变化。结果:在全部接受检查的病例中,总的高阶像差(RMSh)均有所增加。从Zernik各项绝对值来看,球差C12变化最大。术后10天比术前增加6.7742倍(P=0.0001)。其次是彗差C7 C8(X轴、Y轴上的彗差),分别增加了4.883倍(P=0.0001)、3.7523倍(P=0.0001)。结论:LASIK术后眼的总的高阶像差均方根值(RMSh)明显增加,尤其是球差和彗差;但在恢复过程中高阶像差有下降的趋势。用像差仪来指导和评估LASIK等屈光手术可以更全面、更准确。
Objective :To determine objectively the changes in the ocular aberrations induced by LASIK refractive surgery for myopia, Methods The ocular aberrations of 62 myopic and myopic astigmatism eyes (preoperative refraction ranged from - 2.25 to - 15.25D) were measured before LASIK and 10 days and one month after LASIK by using NIDEK OPD-Scan ARK- 1000. Coeffidents of 20 terms of Zemik aberrations were obtained from the OPD-Scan. Results In the individuals tested, the total high wavefront error RMS h (3rd order and above) increased ,which was signiticanfly related with the different degrees of preoperative myopic eyes. In the absolute values of Zernike ,the change of spherical aberration C12 was the largest,which increased by 6.7742 10 days after LASIK than before LASIK (P=0.0001),and coma C7 and C8,4.8830, 3,7523 (P=0.0001). Conclusions After LASIK all Zemike coefficients (RMS h) were greater after LASIK than before LASIK. In particularly, coefficients corresponding to spherical aberration C12 and coma C7, C8 were significantly increased. But during the recovery,high order was tending downwards.Using aberrometer to instruct and evaluate the refraction operations such as LASIK,etc. can be more comprehensive and accurate.
