用四膜虫评价黄河兰州段水质的研究 被引量:5

摘要 用原生动物上海四膜虫(Tetrahymenashanghaiensis)为材料,以细胞生长和繁殖等生物学特征为指标,评价了黄河兰州段的水环境质量.结果表明,随着水质污染加重,四膜虫的生长繁殖(曲线)下降;饥饿诱导接合生殖出现的时间推迟,接合率下降.说明四膜虫细胞对水环境质量的变化反映灵敏。 The water quality of Lanzhou reaches of the Yellow River was assessed by means of some characteristics of Tetrahymena shanghaiensis, such as growth speed,generation time and rate of conjugation(%).The results showed that population growth curves descended,time of conjugation induced by starvation became later′ conjugated percent dropped.It is concluded that the polluted water can be indicated by the changes of biological characteristics of T.shanghaiensis, namely,water quality can be assessed by T.shanghaiensis. However,further research should be conducted to quantify or standardize the assessment of water quality by using T.shanghaiensis.
