摘要 排污权交易制度将极大地调动厂商进行治理污染投资的积极性,促使厂商不断采用先进的污染治理技术和手段。文章以厂商的污染物削减量和排污权交易参考价格为状态变量,以厂商的污染治理投资和排污权实际价格为控制变量建立了排污权交易条件下厂商污染治理投资控制动态模型,并利用极大值原理和优化方法求出了厂商的最优污染治理投资策略。 Pollution abatement investment is the key to solve environmental problem for firms. In This paper, we build an optimal control model of pollution abatement investments on tradable emission fights condition, and give a solution of this model.
