Xylenol orange method used for the measurement of hydrogen peroxide in plant tissue

摘要 文章介绍了二甲酚橙法用于测定植物组织中的H2O2,确定了适宜的测定波长、显色反应时间,以及工作试剂中适宜的Fe2+、二甲酚橙、山梨醇浓度和pH值等参数。与其它方法相比,此方法表现出较高的灵敏度、较好的重复性、准确性和可比性。 This paper introduced xylenol orange method used for the measure ment of hydrogen peroxide in olant tissue, the optimal measurement wavelength, reaction time, the contents of Fe^2 + , xylenol orange, sorbitol and the pH value of the working reagent were selected. This method shew high sensitivity and preferable reproducibility, accuracy, and comparability compare with other methods.
