Effects of Different Load Exercises Increased by Degrees on The Indice of RBC and All leucocyte in Plateau Sprinters' Blood

摘要 通过对短跑运动员血液有形成分变化的测试和分析,证明高原短跑运动员不同负荷训练前后,白细胞及多数分类,红细胞含量明显增加;中性粒细胞含量降低。对于高原短跑训练中负荷控制和医务监督提供实验依据,为高原短跑训练提供一定的生理学参考。 measurement and analysis of sprinting anthletes practicing different load exercises have proved that after practice the blood of the subject has shown the following change:The leucocyte's level has been increased, neutropuil granulocyies were lowered, the lymphocytes level has been increased, the red blood cell level has been increased, MIDS level has also been increased after the most loads. It provides experimental evidence of mastering loads and medical matters supervising and a certain physiological basis for sprinting training.
