在论述甘肃绿洲干旱、盐渍化、荒漠化等危急问题的基础上。
After explainning critical problems of oasis such as drought,desertifization, salt affectization, theory and measures of using high and new science and technology for strengthenning and constucting new oasis in Gansu Province have been stated.
