寻常性银屑病外周血腺病毒的相关检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨寻常性银屑病患者是否存在腺病毒的近期或既往感染。方法应用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测寻常性银屑病患者血清中的抗腺病毒IgG和IgM;PCR方法检测外周血腺病毒DNA,并对阳性结果进行测序分析。结果寻常性银屑病患者抗腺病毒IgM阳性率为15.5%(11/71),腺病毒DNA检出率为11.2%(8/71),与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。点滴型组和斑块型组比较没有明显的统计学差异。DNA测序结果表明腺病毒种类主要为3型和7型。结论寻常性银屑病患者存在腺病毒感染的证据,可能与银屑病发病或病理过程有关。 Objective To explore if there are any recent or previous infection of adenovirus in psoriatic patients. Methods Serum anti-adenovirus IgM and IgG in patients with psoriasis and healthy controls were dectected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Blood adenovirus DNA was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR), and the results were confirmed by DNA sequencing. Results It showed that the positive rates of anti-adenovirus IgM and adenovirus DNA in psoriasis patients were 15.5% (11/71) and 11.2% (8/71) respectively, and they were significantly higher than those of non-psoriasis controls(P〈0.05). There is no statistical significance between psoriasis gutta and plague. DNA sequence revealed that most adenovirus DNAs were belong to adenovirus type 3 and 7, which was similar to epidemiological data before. Conclusion There are evidences of recent adenovirus infections in psoriasis patients, which should be implicated with the onset and pathogenesis of psoriasis.
