摘要
目的:研究九种人参皂甙单体对脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:利用离体海马脑片模型,结合电生理学技术,在大鼠海马脑片上电刺激CA3区的Schaffer侧支纤维,并记录CA1区锥体细胞层的诱发电位,观察海马脑片在模拟缺血条件下诱发电位的变化及人参中9种单体皂甙Rb1、Rb3、Re、Rd、Rg1、Rg2、Rh1、Rh2、F11对它的影响。结果:人参皂甙Rb1、Rb3、Rg1、Rh2、F11(600μmol/L)可使缺氧损伤电位(HIP)出现率明显减少,突触前排放(PV)消失时间延长,群峰电位(PS)恢复率和恢复程度明显提高。结论:人参皂甙Rb1、Rb3、Rg1、Rh2、F11有明显的抗脑缺血损伤作用。
Objective: Using rat hippocampal slices , the protective effect of nine ginseng saponinmonomers on ischemic brain injury was investigated in vitro by means of electrophysiological technique. Methods: 1. Evoked potential of pyramidal cells in the CA1 region was recorded while stimulating the schaeffer collateral - commmissural fibers in the CA3 region of the hippocampus of brain slices. The changes of evoked potential during simulated ischemia and after administration of ginsenosides Rbl, Rb3, Re, Rd, Rgl, Rg2, Rhl, Rh2, F11 were observed. Result: Ginsenoside Rbl, Rb3, Rgl, Rh2, F11 (600μmol/L) decreased the appearance of hypoxic injury potential (HIP), delayed the disappearance time of presynaptic volley ( PV), the recovery rate and amplitudes of population spike (PS) improved significantly after reoxygenation. Conclusions: Ginsenoside Rbl, Rb3, Rgl, Rh2, F11 have the protective effects against ischemic brain injury.
