基于第四方物流的供应链解决方案研究

The Study of Supply Chain Solutions Based on 4PL

第四方物流作为物流发展的新阶段,对于优化提高供应链的效率、解决物流瓶颈、重新整合供应链有重要的意义。目前,关于第四方物流企业的运作的研究在我国还很少,为了促进我国物流社会化的发展,有效降低企业的生产成本,第四方物流的发展是必然的。本文就是在国内外已有研究成果的基础上结合我国实际,对第四方物流环境下的供应链解决方案做一个初步的探讨。

The 4PL as a new stage of logistics development, has an important significance for improving the efficiency of the supply chain, resolving logistics bottlenecks and re-integration of the supply chain. At present, we are lack of the study of the operation of the 4pl, in order to promote the development of China＇s logistics community, and effectively reduce the production costs, the development of 4PL is inevitable. This paper basing on research achievements at home and abroad, and combinating the reality of our country, makes a preliminary study for the supply chain solutions under the 4PL environment.
