The Financing Model Analysis of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Based on the Supply Chain

中小企业融资难已引起政府和广大学者的关注。金融机构、物流企业以及供应链上下游相关企业相互合作,开辟了基于供应链的中小企业融资业务模式——供应链金融,为解决这一难题提供了新思路。在这种模式下,金融机构从整个产业链的角度考察中小企业的融资需求,更大范围地为中小企业提供动产质押等信贷服务。本文首先讨论供应链金融服务产生背景和相关概念;接着分析了供应链金融服务的主要业务模式;最后,简要介绍了国内供应链金融实践。

It＇s hard for small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） to get loans which has attracted the attention of government and scholars. Financial institutions cooperate with logistics enterprises and the core enterprise of supply chain to create a new financing model of SME supply chain finance which provides a new solution for SMEs to get loans. In this model, financial institutions will analyze the SMEs＇ financial needs based on the whole industrial chain and provide credits like mortgage loans for SMEs more widely. Firstly, this paper discusses the background and concepts of supply chain finance; then analyzes the chief financing models of supply chain finance; At last, introduces the domestic practice of supply chain finance.
