摘要
介绍了奥氏体不锈钢晶间腐蚀的机理,讨论了C、Cr、N等元素以及加热时间、温度、冷却速度和焊接等工艺条件对晶间腐蚀的影响,并提出了相应的预防措施.
This paper introduced the mechanisms of intergranular corrosion （ IGC ） of 18 - 8 austenitic stainless steel. Some process factors affecting the IGC are discussed as well, in which carbon, chromium and nitrogen etc in alloys and hot working, casting, welding etc were considered. The IGC prevention methods of 18 - 8 austenitic stainless steel are discussed.
