摘要
本文就电子一声子相互作用对抛物量子阱中三次谐波产生的影响机制作了理论计算。利用量子力学中的密度矩阵算符理论导出了该系统中三次谐波产生的解析表达式。最后以典型的GaAs抛物量子阱为例作了数值计算。
In this paper , theoretical calculation is performed for the mechanism by which the electron-phonon interaction exerts influence on third-harmonic generation in a parabolic quantum well . An analytic representation for the third-harmonic generation along the well is derived by the density matrix operator theory of the quantum mechan- ics. Numerical results are obtained for a typical GaAs parabolic quantum well.
