京杭大运河沿线曾有众多古镇,因运河的兴盛而繁荣、因运河的衰败而式微,其变迁发展与运河的命运休戚相关,它们是最能体现大运河文化线路遗产内涵的物质载体之一,但如今多已寂寂无闻。2006年8月,中国首家民间文化遗产保护团体“阮仪三城市遗产保护基金会”将首个调查项目锁定在京杭大运河的里运河与鲁运河古镇上。那么,这些古镇现在的状况又如何呢?在考察中,我们一直为古镇的命运而揪心……

There are many ancient counties in the Grand Canal along the line once in Beijing-Hangzhou. They made prosper because the canal was prosperous, they definitely declined because of the canal decaying, the person changes developing and the canal can be termed as being bound together in a common cause. Now, those once splendid canal ancient counties have been all no longer splendid.
