摘要
目的研究经颞下硬膜外锁孔入路暴露Meckel腔和海绵窦的显微解剖学特点,为该入路的临床应用提供依据。方法对10具经10%甲醛溶液固定的成人尸头标本模拟经颞下硬膜外锁孔入路,暴露Meckel腔、海绵窦及其相关结构,在显微镜下观察并测量它们的解剖结构。结果经颞下硬膜外锁孔入路可以充分暴露Meckel腔、海绵窦外侧壁及海绵窦内部结构。结论经颞下硬膜外锁孔入路手术治疗累及海绵窦和Meckel腔的病变是可行的。
Objective To study the mieroanatomy of the subtemporo-extradural keyhole approach to Meekel cavity and cavernous sinus in order to provide a basis for clinical application of the approach. Methods The subtemporo-extradural keyhole approach to Meckel cavity and cavernous sinus was imitated in 10 adults eadaverie heads fixed by 10% formalin. Under an operating microscope, the anatomic structures related to Meekel cavity and the cavernous sinus were observed and were measured. Result Meekel cavity, and the lateral wall and internal contents of the cavernous sinus were fully exposed by the subtemporo-extradural keyhole approach. Conclusion It is feasible that the lesions involving Meekel cavity and the cavernous sinus are removed by the surgery through the subtemporo-extradural keyhole approach.
